In order to meet our customers' demands for speedy delivery, we have designed exclusive professional manufacturing facilities which are consistently in operation, along with a standard processing management system, to accomplish the manufacturing of 20,000 mattresses per month. Therefore, our delivery period is the shortest avbailable in the industry, and our production capacity is the highest.

B. Sytstmization of Manufacturing Management
The Company's continuous improvement of each system and development of new products are guided by the following operational policies :
a. Imporving structure, loering costs and providing products of resasonable price.
b.Developing more humanized products, with more obvious efficiency.
c.Simplifying product design to enhance usefulness. In concrete terms, the company has obtained various international certifications, such as ISO 9001, ISO 13485, FDA, GMP(Taiwan), etc. Our products have also passed the UL and CE safety requlations.

C. Standardization of Quality Control
From the IN-COME QC of materials to introduction of TQC management system in the manufacturing process, each batch of EEZ products must pass pre-manufacturing materical nature testing and tests of working strength and duration before being delivered to customers. This strict standard of quality testing is unique in Taiwan and only EEZCARE is capable of reaching it.
